TRICIA'S 14-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Tricia's Baby Station honors exchanges within 14 days of date of purchase. You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective item for the identical item...or receive a credit at www.TriciasBabyStation.com. All returns must have original Tricia's Baby Station tags attached to garments in their original packaging. Original sales receipt must be sent with any returned merchandise. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. No credits will be honored after 14 days of purchase without the expressed consent of Tricia's Baby Station.
HOLIDAY/SEASONAL MERCHANDISE
Holiday/Seasonal merchandise may be returned up to 14 days before the calendar holiday date.
Ex: Thanksgiving merchandise can be returned up to 14 days before Thanksgiving Day.
No merchandise will be accepted for exchange after the holiday.
To exchange an item, please:
STEP 1 Repack the item in its original packaging with original receipt and
reason for return. Original tags must be attached to all garments. Please include your
order number if you do not have the receipt.
STEP 2 Ship the package to:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Tricia's Baby Station is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Tricia's will reimburse all shipping charges.
When the package is received by Tricia's Baby Station, customers will be contacted with resolution of the order.
